Tax Bill Update

The Tax Bills will be Mailed by August 7, 2026

The Grace Period Will be Extended to Sept 8th, 2026 

All payments that were received after Sept. 8th 2026 are subject to interest, dating to August 1, 2026.

Direct Withdrawal Date for August Tax will be September 1st 2026

The Borough needs your Help.

 Property owners: Please check the mailing address for the Tax Bill and the Water/Sewer Bill. 

Please verify if they are correct. We will begin utilizing an automated system to update from the Assessor’s office often. This information comes from the County/Deed updates and change requests that the Assessor’s office receives. This allows us to make sure that all addresses are up to date in our system for the Tax Bills. The mailing addresses for the Water/sewer bills will be the same as the tax billing (exceptions: Commercial/Residential accounts with multiple water/sewer accounts may not be affected).

If your address on either is incorrect, please submit in writing or utilize the online form to update the address for the tax bill – this will automatically update the water/sewer bill to match. ** We cannot take verbal changes over the phone

If you have multiple water accounts, please update them as needed. Please make sure to have all update requests in the tax collector or assessor’s office no later than September 30th. As of October 1st, we will begin the automated updates to include the utility (water/sewer) accounts. Always make sure to update permanent address changes when needed to avoid bill delays. For temporary changes, please utilize the USPS mail forwarding option. 

Rentals: Water/Sewer Bills should go to the Landlord to forward to Tenant. Thank you for your time and cooperation. Have a Great Day!!
