Water & Sewer Utility Billing

Direct ACH will be withdrawn on the last day of the quarterly grace period.

The water and sewer systems of the Borough of Manasquan are consolidated and shall be operated as one (1) utility under the title of Water and Sewer Utility.

Manasquan residents are billed quarterly for their water/sewer usage. Your meter is read remotely by an authorized employee of the Borough of Manasquan and all bills reflect your actual water/sewer usage.

Meters are read and bills are mailed quarterly in January, April, July, and October.
The base water and sewer service rate shall be billed in advance on a quarterly basis.
Water and Sewer usage charges shall be billed on a quarterly basis in the quarter following the actual usage. 

All billings shall be due and payable within thirty (30) days of the billing date, then the billings will be considered delinquent, and water service to the customer having a delinquent account may be discontinued.  Interest shall accrue on all unpaid balances at the rate to eighteen (18%) percent per annum from the date of the delinquency. 

When submitting payments, please make sure to include your account number on your check.

Payments can be mailed or deposited into the black secured lock box in the lobby between the entrance of Provident Bank and entrance to Borough Hall.
