Online Payment
Payment Procedure
- Click on the on-line payment radio button (left side)
- Click on the center (click here)
- The utility box is the second box on the bottom.
- Enter the name OR address OR the account number (make sure the account number is correct)
- Do not enter all three – the system will not recognize your account.
- A drop-down menu will appear and your address should default to the top.
- Click on the radio button on the left of your account. Your account should appear.
- Click on the RED MAKE A PAYMENT button.
- Select your payment method (Credit/Debit Card or Checking Account) by clicking the radio button.
- Make sure to the click on the amount being paid.
- A notice will appear showing any applicable charges.
- Enter your credit/debit card information or checking account information.
- Enter you billing information.
- Once all information is entered, please make sure all of the information is correct.
- A page will appear that will look like your transaction is complete –
- SCROLL TO THE BOTTOM AND MAKE SURE YOU HIT THE SUBMIT BUTTON.
- If this is not done, we will not receive your on-line payment.
