Payment Procedure 

  1. Click on the on-line payment radio button (left side)
  2. Click on the center (click here)
  3. The utility box is the second box on the bottom.
  4. Enter the name OR address OR the account number (make sure the account number is correct)
  5. Do not enter all three – the system will not recognize your account.
  6. A drop-down menu will appear and your address should default to the top.
  7. Click on the radio button on the left of your account.  Your account should appear.
  8. Click on the RED MAKE A PAYMENT button.
  9. Select your payment method (Credit/Debit Card or Checking Account) by clicking the radio button.
  10. Make sure to the click on the amount being paid.
  11. A notice will appear showing any applicable charges.  
  12. Enter your credit/debit card information or checking account information.  
  13. Enter you billing information.
  14. Once all information is entered, please make sure all of the information is correct.  
  15. A page will appear that will look like your transaction is complete – 
  16. SCROLL TO THE BOTTOM AND MAKE SURE YOU HIT THE SUBMIT BUTTON. 
  17.  If this is not done, we will not receive your on-line payment.
