Authorization agreement for ACH Direct Withdrawals

The Water/Sewer Collector offers direct withdrawals from your checking, savings, or money market accounts. Funds must be made available on the 6th day of February, May, August, and November.

Funds will be withdrawn on the final day of the grace period

Fill out the direct withdrawal form and either drop it off or mail it to the Water/Sewer Office.
