Marina Boat Slips

Term of Lease: April 1st- March 31st             

We do not keep a waitlist. Renewals begin in January and the boat slips that are not renewed the following year will be entered into a lottery in the beginning of the year. 

The lottery will be opened to both Manasquan Residents and non-residents. Manasquan Resident lottery will be first and anything left over will go into the non-residents lottery.

Prices set by resolution each year.

Cedar Ave (11 ft by 24 ft) - 6 slips
Euclid Ave (8-1/2 ft by 20 ft) - 3 slips
Perrine Blvd Mid (12-1/2 ft by 26 ft)- 28 slips
Perrine Blvd Large (13-1/2 ft by 30 ft) - 33 slips
Fourth Ave (9 ft by 25 ft) - 48 slips
