To obtain a certify copy of a marriage, birth, or death certificate, please view and complete this application.
Certified Copies: $25.00 for one copy and $2.00 for every additional copy. (Cash or Check only)
You will need to provide the following:
- Copy of your I.D. (address on I.D. must match address provided on application)
- Payment
- Completed application
